My name is Drew Golden and welcome to the space where I blog my thoughts on History, Theology, Travel, Language, and Literature. 

My undergraduate study was in the fields of Linguistics & Education, but my ultimate love is of learning itself. This blog allows me space to formulate my favorite areas of study into content that is hopefully engaging and enjoyable.

I am in the beginning stages of learning Colloquial Egyptian Arabic through the Growing Participator Approach. My study plans include living and traveling in Egypt for at least a few years. I look forward to sharing details of my progress and travel in this space!
